You want a season in Greece. This position is based in Greece. It’s not just another assistant role in your local restaurant. You relocate for the season. You live where others go on holiday. Your workplace is a resort kitchen, not a city backstreet. As a Kitchen Operations Assistant, you support the main kitchen sections during preparation and service. You work closely with senior chefs, help organize mise en place, prepare ingredients, and assist during busy service hours. You are not just “helping out.” You are part of the production flow.
