For our team in Nijmegen, we are looking for a Lead Production Operator who combines hands-on production work with team leadership responsibilities in a regulated MedTech environment. In this role, you will support the manufacturing of an innovative product used by patients worldwide while helping to coordinate daily operations and support the development of the production team. As a Lead MedTech Operator, you will spend a significant part of your time performing production activities according to GxP guidelines and established procedures. In addition, you will act as a key point of contact within the team, support production planning, and work closely with both the Site Lead and the client's Production Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.…
