La figura si occuperà di interventi di manutenzione e riparazione presso i clienti in caso di fermo macchina (avrà macchina/furgone fornito dall'azienda non ad uso promiscuo), mentre nei periodi di minore attività svolgerà manutenzioni ordinarie e preventive in officina. Si ricercano candidati con esperienza nella manutenzione di macchine agricole o, in alternativa, di macchinari pesanti (movimento terra, ferroviario, autotreni, ecc.). Non sono di interesse profili provenienti dal settore automotive. Valutano anche neodiplomati con Diploma in Meccatronica o ITS a indirizzo agricolo, purché abbiano forte interesse per il settore. È previsto un percorso di formazione interno, anche in collaborazione con New Holland.
