Working in the Process team, you’ll contribute to design delivery for life sciences projects as part of multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with Architecture, Process, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, CQV, and Construction Management, and gaining visibility from concept through detailed design to commissioning. As a GROW Process Engineer, you’ll learn—through structured training (technical and soft skills), on‑the‑job coaching and an open, ask‑any‑question culture—to develop block/process flow diagrams and P&IDs with the associated lists; produce datasheets and undertake technical bid evaluations; size equipment; complete mass and energy balances, utility studies and process simulations; define the basis of safety alongside cleaning, production and waste philosophies; perform calculations…
