Aufgaben Instandsetzung von IT-Komponenten Umbau und Erweiterung von Arbeitsplatz-Hardware Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware im Client- und Serverbereich selbstständige Softwareinstallation Lösen von Hard- und Softwareproblemen sowie Bearbeiten von Tickets innerhalb vorgegebener Servicelevel eigenständige Installationsänderungen und ggf.
