Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst End-to-End Ownership für eigene Prozesse und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir operative Abläufe smarter und skalierbarer machen. Du identifizierst manuelle Aufwände, Prozesslücken und Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst daraus pragmatische Automatisierungslösungen. Du konzipierst und implementierst datengetriebene Workflows, Tools und Automatisierungen, die unseren Arbeitsalltag effizienter machen. Du arbeitest auch selbst operativ in den Prozessen mit, bearbeitest komplexe Fälle und Edge Cases und gehst bei Bedarf tief in einzelne Prozessschritte, um Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen. Du arbeitest eng mit Product, Customer Success, Quality Management, Finance und Accounting zusammen und bringst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammen.…
