Stellenbeschreibung: Leitung und Steuerung des DMU Bundles mit Verantwortung für Stabilität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Weiterentwicklung. Betreuung und Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen sowie Identifikation neuer Bedarfe und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Weiterentwicklung des DMU- und Engineering-Serviceportfolios mit Fokus auf Kundenbedarf, Skalierung und Innovation. Abstimmung von Schnittstellen zwischen Engineering, PLM/PDM, IT, R&D und Fertigung. Begleitung von Projekten zur Einführung neuer Methoden, Tools und Systemlösungen. Mitwirkung an Service-, Produkt- und Business-Development-Strategien. Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie Förderung von Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.…
